Return Policy
At GotchaCot, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the terms below.
Return Timeframe
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for return.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return:
- Blankets and Pads must be unused and in their original packaging. All other items must be unused.
- All original accessories and components must be included.
- Items must be in resellable condition, free from damage, odors, or signs of wear.
Eligible returns in this condition will receive a full product credit, minus any applicable fees described below.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not refundable once removed from their original packaging:
- Blankets
- Pads
If these items are opened or used, they are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GotchaCot is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit for all eligible returns that are not due to damage or defect.
- This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing of the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Once the damage or defect is verified, you will receive a full refund or replacement with no restocking fee.
- In these cases, GotchaCot may provide a prepaid return label or alternative resolution at our discretion.
Exchanges
- GotchaCot does not offer direct exchanges at this time.
- If you would like a different item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories.
- Ship your return to the address provided.

Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, typically within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
